Spectacular luxury flat
In a privileged enclave in the historic center of Madrid, located between the Malasaña neighborhood and the Alonso Martinez area, we find this exterior apartment with two bedrooms, three bathrooms and sofa bed that has been recently refurbished with design and comfort at the forefront.
Its 155 square meters are intelligently distributed in three communicated rooms, but well defined for greater comfort.
As soon as you enter, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with large and small appliances, and kitchenware.
On the left-hand side, we observe the social area flooded with natural light through its three balconies. It consists of a living-dining room, which can be separated into two rooms thanks to ingenious folding doors.
An original blue curved corridor leads to the most intimate area of the house where the bedrooms are located.
Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds (180x200 cm) made up of two single beds, which can be separated under request. In addition, they have a chest under the mattress, which is very practical for storing different items.
Each suite can make use of a modern and spacious bathroom, the master bedroom has a bathtub and shower ensuite, while the secondary bathroom has a shower and, being outside the bedroom, can comfortably serve as a guest bathroom.
Its location is also another of its great attractions, with the metro stations Tribunal, Alonso Martínez and Bilbao just a short walk away, as well as several bus lines in the surrounding area that connect with the rest of the capital's neighborhoods, including the Barrio de Salamanca, which can be reached quickly by bus in a lovely 15-minute walk.
A wide variety of bars and restaurants, charming shops, health and beauty centres and an infinite number of original establishments dot the surrounding area, offering a whole world of possibilities without leaving the neighbourhood. Its proximity to the charming neighbourhood of Las Salesas, the busy Fuencarral street and the lively Malasaña district, assures that there is no need for transport to enjoy the city.
The renovated Mercado de Barceló, with its extraordinary range of top-quality fresh produce, is also a great attraction, as it allows you to stock up your larder just across the street. It is also worth mentioning its proximity to the Museo Nacional del Romanticismo and the Museo de Historia de Madrid, which confirm the history of this exciting neighbourhood.
