In calle Velázquez, one of the privileged buildings of the Barrio Salamanca, which has recently undergone a complete refurbishment, preserving the palatial style characteristic of the neighbourhood, with facilities and services that are a real privilege in the area.

The building has a common area for the enjoyment of tenants consisting of: gym, bar area and lounge with Smart TV, sauna, shower area. It also has a communal outdoor patio to enjoy the many sunny days that Madrid has to offer. It is worth highlighting the security of the property thanks to its doorman every day of the year with extended opening hours. 

The property has a very careful distribution with the best qualities in the construction materials.

Ideal for IE (Instituto de Empresa) students due to its proximity (just a few minutes' walk). Metro stations: Gregorio Marañón, Avenida de América, Núñez de Balboa and República Argentina.

A wide range of establishments and shops makes life in the surrounding area easy without having to leave the neighbourhood.
