Elegant apartment for 2 persons
In a privileged enclave in the historic center of Madrid, located between the Malasaña neighborhood and the Alonso Martínez area, we find this sophisticated one-bedroom apartment, which has been recently refurbished with design and comfort at the forefront.
With an area of 69 m2, the apartment is conveniently distributed in spacious and well-dimensioned rooms.
Upon entering the apartment a distributor leads us to the different rooms. On the one hand, we find the double bedroom, which stands out for its great luminosity and elegant decoration. It is equipped with a large double bed, numerous built-in closets that provide great storage capacity and a small balcony. Opposite the bedroom is the full bathroom, which has a large shower, and that serves both the bedroom and visitors.
The social area is located next and consists of the open plan kitchen, the dining area and the living area.
The kitchen has been fully furnished and equipped with large and small appliances. A comfortable and elegant bar fulfills the double function of delimiting the space, at the same time that it can be used for breakfast or informal meals.
Next to the kitchen is the dining room, which can comfortably seat 4 people, and on the opposite side is the lounge area. The two balconies provide plenty of natural light. The elegant moldings that adorn the walls and bring personality and elegance to the house stand out.
The excellent location of this apartment is another of its great attractions, with the metro stations of Tribunal, Alonso Martinez and Bilbao just minutes away, as well as several bus lines in the vicinity that connect with the rest of the neighborhoods of the capital, including the Barrio de Salamanca, which is quickly accessible by bus in a beautiful walk of just 15 minutes.
A wide variety of bars and restaurants, charming shops, health and beauty centres and an infinite number of original establishments dot the surrounding area, offering a whole world of possibilities without leaving the neighbourhood. Its proximity to the charming neighbourhood of Las Salesas, the busy Fuencarral street and the lively Malasaña district, assures that there is no need for transport to enjoy the city.
The renovated Mercado de Barceló, with its extraordinary range of top-quality fresh produce, is also a great attraction, as it allows you to stock up your larder just across the street. It is also worth mentioning its proximity to the Museo Nacional del Romanticismo and the Museo de Historia de Madrid, which confirm the history of this exciting neighbourhood.
