If there is one location that is particularly sought after by our most exclusive clients, it is 'Barrio de Salamanca, near Parque El Retiro'. Well, this is precisely where this beautiful 2-bedroom flat is located, which could accommodate up to 6 guests, thanks to the office that can be converted into a bedroom.

On the 5th floor of a representative building in the Barrio de Salamanca is this bright flat which enjoys 3 balconies overlooking the well known street of 'Príncipe de Vergara'.

The large living room has been divided into three rooms to optimise space.

Adjacent to the façade is the living area, which has been decorated with two corner leather sofas around a large central mirrored table, surrounded by fun pouffes and a soft armchair. A pair of distinguished side tables support lamps around the main sofa, above which a Spanish painting crowns the room. In front of it rests a large television on a mirrored cabinet with drawers.

In the central area of the living room is the large dining room, where a spectacular designer table, under a collection of fun lamps, seats ten diners.
