In a strategic location, between the well-known streets of Príncipe de Vergara and López de Hoyos, is this unique and attractive 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom fully furnished apartment located on a quiet street in the Prosperidad neighborhood.

It is a property with direct access from the street, which gives it great independence and comfort. A double door allows, on the one hand, to have more privacy and, on the other hand, to improve thermal and acoustic insulation.

The true protagonist of the property is its large iron staircase, which occupies the centre of the apartment and organizes the distribution of both floors.
