In the exclusive and residential neighborhood of Chamartin, this surprisingly complete exterior apartment has a terrace, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet. A functional and comfortable property by design in which the client will feel at home.

An elegant hall welcomes and leads to the right, to the social area, where the living room, the dining room, both with access to the terrace, and the guest toilet are located. 

To the left is another more informal dining room, which is open plan and very practical for everyday meals and connects the living room with a modern kitchen that is fully equipped with large and small appliances. It also has a separate area for the washing machine and dryer, equipped with cupboards to keep clothes and laundry products separate from the previous room.

Next, in the private area, there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

In addition, numerous shops, supermarkets, health and beauty centers, bars, restaurants and all kinds of services in the surrounding area make day-to-day life easier, without the need to leave the neighborhood.
