In the renowned Diego de Leon street, one of the main streets of the Salamanca neighborhood, we find this 52 m2 interior apartment, completely renovated and furnished, which has 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Upon entering the apartment we are greeted by the open plan kitchen, fully furnished and equipped with a variety of utensils and a comfortable bar for informal meals. To the left is the dining area and the living room, which has a sofa bed, very convenient for occasional visits.

From the social area we access a short corridor where we find on the right hand side the bathroom and in front, the bedroom, equipped with a large double bed (180x200 cm), which has a chest under the mattress to increase storage.

The location of the apartment is one of its great advantages, due to its easy access to strategic streets such as Velázquez, Serrano, María de Molina or Paseo de la Castellana, as well as its proximity to the prestigious IE Business School, just a short 9-minute walk away.

In its surroundings we find all kinds of stores, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a wide commercial offer, which facilitates the daily life in the neighborhood.

It is also very well connected by public transport to the rest of the capital, with the Núñez de Balboa metro station just a few steps away, and to any international destination, due to its proximity to the Avenida de América interchange, which has a direct connection to Madrid-Barajas airport.
