This contemporary and spacious exterior apartment is located on Madrid's emblematic and well-known Gran Vía, in a representative centenary building with a beautiful facade.

The property offers a generous social area in which the living room, dining room and kitchen coexist in an open floor plan layout, thus favoring the spaciousness of each room.
