It is equipped with a large double bed, a comfortable study table and plenty of storage space. Located opposite, a bathroom serves both this bedroom and the visitors.

The other two bedrooms are also doubles and have two single beds joined together to form a large double bed.

Returning to the entrance hall, on the right hand side we find the dining area, equipped with two tables and capacity to comfortably seat 9 people. Next, there is the kitchen, fully equipped with a variety of kitchenware and large and small appliances.

In front of the kitchen, we can find two bathrooms and at the back, there are two double bedrooms, both equipped with double bed and en-suite bathroom. In addition, one of them has a large dressing room.

The location of the property is undoubtedly one of its great advantages. It is located in a quiet and residential area, with numerous bars, restaurants and stores, but just a short walk from emblematic sites such as Plaza España, Gran Vía or the Temple of Debod. 

Public transport connections are another of its attractions. The numerous bus lines that run through the surrounding streets, the proximity of the Moncloa Interchange and the Argüelles metro station, make it  easy and quick to get around the rest of the city.
