Get to know this great luxury apartment

In the heart of Paseo de la Castellana, one of the main axes of Madrid, we find this spectacular exterior apartment from which we can observe incredible views of the aforementioned great avenue.

The real protagonist of this house is the large terrace that frames the social area. It consists of a dining area, a chill out, a small pool where you can take a dip and a covered space where you can play sports.

The living room is the continuation of the same, is arranged in different rooms, the hall where guests are received, the living room consists of a cozy sofa, a small study room with sliding doors that can function as a guest room as it has a sofa bed (90x190 cm) and finally the dining room with direct communication to the kitchen.

Before the long corridor that leads to the private part of the house, there is first a small toilet that serves our guests and gives privacy to the rest of the house.

Next, we find a second access to the kitchen that avoids passing through the common areas. It is fully equipped with large and small electrical appliances as well as a variety of kitchenware.

At the end of the hallway are the three bedrooms, all of which have their own ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), with a chest under the mattress, formed by two single beds that can be separated under request. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm) with chest under the mattress that could be joined if desired. And finally, the third bedroom has a double bed (150x190 cm).

Its location is unbeatable, as it is located a few meters from the large metro and suburban train station of Nuevos Ministerios, which allows quick access to Madrid-Barajas airport by direct line, as well as to any neighborhood in the capital, locations in the community or even to other cities.

The area offers a wide variety of services that make day to day life easier with little need to travel. These include one of the largest department stores in the capital, El Corte Inglés de Castellana, as well as all kinds of stores, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms and health and beauty centres, among others.

It is worth mentioning its proximity by public transport to the prestigious IE Business School, which is easily accessible by bus or metro.
