Upon entering, we are welcomed by the kitchen, the central axis of the flat, which is fully equipped with large and small appliances and a variety of kitchenware and shares space with the dining room, which seats six people. Next to it is the first bathroom, which also serves as a guest toilet. 

The living room consists of two living areas, presided over by three balconies from which to enjoy views of the street. 

A corridor leads to the private area of the house. The first bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm), while the master bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), the result of the union of two single beds that can be separated under request, and an ensuite bathroom. 

Without a doubt, what makes this apartment stand out is its location. Surrounded by emblematic places such as Plaza de Olavide, Glorieta de Quevedo or Bilbao, as well as a wide variety of shops and restaurants, this is one of the most liveliest and most visited areas of Madrid.
