In the historic center of Madrid and next to the renowned Gran Via, is this serene 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom exterior apartment. 

The tranquility of the street contrasts with the pulsating rhythm of the nearby and previously mentioned Gran Vía.

Its 79 square meters are cleverly distributed to allow a comfortable stay in which to enjoy absolute privacy as it has two totally independent suites.

The social area is divided into three rooms, firstly, the living room with a sofa that converts into a bed, secondly, the dining room and finally the kitchen, fully equipped with large and small appliances.

The bedrooms are located on the opposite side; on the left-hand side, one bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm) made up of two single beds that could be separated under request and is accompanied by its own ensuite bathroom. On the opposite side, overlooking the uncluttered courtyard of the building, lies the second bedroom, which has a double bed and is acompanied by a bathroom located next door.
