The Salamanca neighborhood is undoubtedly the most desirable of all the capital's neighborhoods, with the streets Serrano and Velázquez being the most renowned; well, between them we find this unique and elegant property with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet.

Another no less important advantage is the tranquility and luminosity that the apartment enjoys thanks to the large windows that the property has, with incredible views of the garden of the Italian Embassy.

A foyer distributes the access to the apartment that leads firstly to the social area composed of the amazing living room, the dining room and a work area. A guest toilet completes this space giving privacy to the rest of the house.
