The terrace is accessed through the living room and the kitchen. There is a dining area at one end next to the kitchen with a table and two chairs, and a relaxation area at the opposite end, where the modern fountain is located. A hammock next to it invites you to take long, peaceful naps.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large and small appliances (including dishwasher and washing machine) and has a variety of utensils for 4 people. There is also a table for quick meals. The combination of wooden furniture with cement floor and slate walls and wallpaper creates a very enveloping atmosphere that invites you to enjoy the kitchen as if it were another living room.

The private area of the house has two double bedrooms (two 1.05 x 2 beds in each room) and two bathrooms with shower.

The back bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large window onto a patio.

The second bathroom is located in the hallway, serving the other bedroom and the rest of the house as a guest bathroom.

Large built-in wardrobes, lined with mirrors, complete both bedrooms, offering plenty of storage space.

The location of this property is very convenient, as it is perfectly connected to the rest of the city by public transport: taxi rank right outside the door, Goya metro station just a few metres away and several bus lines in the vicinity.
