We have a brand new office! From the project approach we were clear that we wanted to reflect the essence of the Ivory Homes brand and maintain an aesthetic and visual coherence with our branding. Based on our chromatic palette, we defined the project, planned the distribution of the spaces and selected the materials, mainly natural, always with the idea of transmitting warmth and a sense of home.
The materials chosen play a key role in the personality of the project. We highlight the clay lattice, which becomes the common thread throughout the space, providing warmth and coherence. In addition to its distinctive character, the lattice allowed us to delimit different areas and make the most of natural light.
The office, at street level, consists of two levels and, in order to optimize the distribution of spaces, we chose to create open work areas that encourage communication and teamwork. In addition to the work areas, it has a meeting room, multipurpose room, office and kitchen.
