When this project came to us, the challenge was clear: our client wanted to convert an open space of 555 m2 into 8 homes, and our Ivory Design team got down to work.
From the initial phase of the project it was clear to us that the 8 apartments would follow the same line and there would be a common thread between them all, but we wanted each one to have its own essence.
Based on this idea, the project was based on the creation of a very clean and smooth container, with pure lines, and common to the 8 apartments, which have been given their own personality and character thanks to the vertical pavements used, which have different textures and colors, and are the protagonists of the project.
When it came to the interior design project, our inspiration were the colors of the peppers, and from them, we worked on the identity and character of each of the apartments.
Taking into account the location, characteristics and luminosity of each of the apartments, the different tones of each project were chosen, assigning the darkest colors to the brightest apartments, and the lightest and brightest colors to the apartments that had less light, thus achieving the perfect balance between luminosity and color.
A careful application of materials such as wood, glass and vertical paving, combined with different textures and colors, have managed to create a very special and unique set.
Each of the apartments has an independent kitchen, living room with a separate dining area, and a sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with study area, dressing room and bathroom.
The rest area is separated from the rest with original vertical pavements that can be closed and isolate this area or remain open, thus facilitating circulation and connecting the social area with the private area.
