MONTES DE TOLEDO - LOS PASTIZALES

Bordering the Natural Park of Cabañeros on the Extremadura side of the Montes de Toledo, between valleys, hills and slopes, is the estate "Los Pastizales", an extraordinary property that extends over a landscape of holm oaks, gall oaks, cork oaks, rockroses and arbutus trees.

The main house, renovated and updated to enjoy all the comforts without losing the charm of the La Mancha farmhouses, offers a reception area consisting of a living room with fireplace, a dining room with capacity for 8 people and 4 sitting rooms. The kitchen has a practical dining room, pantry and service area. 

The private area has 3 en-suite bedrooms and 2 further bedrooms sharing a generous bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. 

The beautiful porch with its centuries-old stone columns faces the midday sun and is a favourite meeting place for informal gatherings and meals.

In the garden, among beautiful clumps of native lavender, rosemary and thyme vegetation, next to a cosy gazebo covered with vegetation, is the swimming pool, from where you can enjoy wonderful views and unique sunsets, enlivened in the rutting season by the bellowing of deer in rut.

The Hunting Pavilion is located in an independent farmhouse, with a capacity for 40 seated diners. Its carefully decorated rooms, 2 fireplaces and a comfortable seating area for socialising after a typical local meal make this a very comfortable place to stay.

In the adjoining building we find the Armoury, a cosy room which, as well as fulfilling the purpose for which it was conceived, is another appetising refuge in which to continue the after-dinner conversation. 

The former employees' houses, warehouses and stables have been renovated to create spaces such as a games room, television room and carriage house, while the house of the current caretakers who live on the estate has been preserved. 

With its almost 1000 hectares, this estate, which brings together five of the great hunting species of the Iberian fauna: wild boar, deer, roe deer, mouflon and fallow deer, is prepared to welcome both hunters and groups of companies or families who want to enjoy the resources of such a unique property, from purely hunting activities to social gatherings, enlivened by countless leisure activities that can be organised there.

It is run by a local family who know every corner of the estate and enjoy showing the secrets of the mountain.

It can be rented for hunting actions as well as for short stays, meetings and locations (reports, photo shoots, advertisements...).
