In the historic and monumental center of the capital and next to Madrid's world-famous Gran Vía, we find this impressive 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment, whose architecture and decoration reflect the emblematic and centenary character of the building in which it is located. 

In front of the elegant entrance hall we find the social area of the property, divided into three rooms, connected by comfortable sliding doors. In the first of these is the living room, presided over three balconies that flood the room with light. On one side of it is the second room, which is arranged as a living area and has a work or study area. On the other side is the kitchen, which is fully equipped with large and small appliances and integrates the dining room. 

The private area, distributed on both sides of the entrance hall, gives complete privacy and independence to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm) with a chest under the mattress and an ensuite bathroom.

The other two bedrooms have a double bed (180x200 cm) which can be replaced by two single beds under request and have a chest under the mattress. Both have their own bathroom, one of them being ensuite and the other being conveniently located in front of the bedroom, thus serving possible visitors. 

The location of the property is unbeatable. Contrasting with the hustle and bustle of the dynamic Gran Vía, the atmosphere in Reina Street is one of peace and tranquility. Furthermore, being surrounded by numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, as well as renowned monuments of the capital such as Plaza Cibeles or the Banco de España, the best experiences are guaranteed. 

Public transportation connections are also another great advantage, with numerous bus lines nearby, as well as the metro stations Gran Vía, Banco de España and Chueca, which allow for easy and comfortable travel around the rest of the city.
