In the distinguished Paseo del Pintor Rosales, this spacious and quiet exterior property with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet with wonderful views of the Parque del Oeste, offers the ideal home from which to explore the city. 

The comfortable layout of the property allows for a separation between the social and the private areas. The kitchen, located to the left of the entrance hall, is fully equipped with large and small appliances and has a separate room for the washing machine and the dryer. It also connects, at both ends respectively, with the spectacular patio for private use and with the dining room. 

Next is the living room, which also has access to the dining room and enjoys plenty of natural light thanks to large windows. Separated by sliding doors is a cozy living room.

The location of the apartment is undoubtedly one of its great advantages. It is located in a quiet and residential area, with numerous bars, restaurants and shops, but just a short walk from emblematic sites such as Plaza España, Gran Vía or the Temple of Debod. 

Public transport connections are another of its attractions. The numerous bus lines that run through the surrounding streets, the proximity of the Moncloa Interchange and the Argüelles metro station, make it  easy and quick to get around the rest of the city.
