In a stately and representative building located between the Retiro Park and the Prado Museum, this classic and sophisticated exterior flat with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet is located. 

On the right-hand side is the large common area, comprising the living room, dining room and a work area with a classic writing desk. The balconies and the bay window preside over this space, providing the brightness and elegance that this room enjoys.  

Next to this room is the toilet that provides service to possible visitors, thus maintaining the privacy and intimacy of the opposite side of the property.

A wide corridor leads to the left to the private area. The first bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), an ensuite bathroom and it own dressing room with plenty of storage space. Opposite is the second bedroom, which has two single beds (90x180 cm) that can be joined together to form a double bed under request, and its own dressing room. 

The third bedroom has a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, which means it can be used as a living area or as a guest room. It also has a dressing room with plenty of storage space. 

Lastly, the hallway leads to the kitchen, with a bar-dining room with two stools and fully equipped with large and small appliances, as well as a variety of kitchenware. 

The location should not be overlooked, being close to emblematic enclaves such as the Paseo del Prado or the Botanical Garden; a great variety of restaurants, cafes, shops and local and museums such as the Reina Sofia or the Caixa Forum. Without a doubt, the property is surrounded by the best cultural, gastronomic and commercial variety. 

Furthermore, the Atocha train and metro station is just a short walk away from the flat and it is perfectly connected to other districts such as the Salamanca neighborhood by numerous bus lines.
