In the heart of the Moncloa neighbourhood, in its most exclusive area, lies this three-bedroom property, which seems oblivious to the hustle and bustle of the surrounding streets.

Thanks to its excellent refurbishment and its careful soundproofing project, this property enjoys the advantages of an exterior property, enjoying an extraordinary light and above all a lot of peace.

Its 140 metres are intelligently distributed in very well-dimensioned spaces.
